Setti (SEH-tee) was one of two "goons" on a four-man Cetagandan hit squad. The squad was headed by Luyst Millisor, and their charge was to return Terrence Cee to Cetaganda and eliminate all evidence of mental telepathy from the Nexus.
Impersonating station security, Setti managed to break ghem-colonel Millisor and Ghem-Captain Rau from detention, leading to a final battle between the hit squad and Elli Quinn of the Dendarii Free Mercenary Fleet.
