A kitten tree was invented on Eta Ceta and displayed at the Moon Garden Hall.[1]
The tree was graceful with large, fuzzy, heart-shaped leaves, and fruit pods. Within those pods were developing kittens with silky white fur and bright blue eyes. Picking one before it was fully ripe killed it, much to Ivan Vorpatril's chagrin - he had bad memories about that years later[2].
