It hijacked the annual Star Crèche shipment of 1000 baby haut to Rho Ceta, murdering all the others on board. Its goal appeared to have been the creation of a new Cetagandan empire, possibly on the planet Xerxes. Miles Vorkosigan ended its plot and returned the babies to their families.
