Lady Cassia Vorgorov was a Vor lady on Barrayar who had an unrequited crush on Ivan Vorpatril when she was young. Despite Ivan's opinion of her looks, she was actually very attractive; at the time he saw her soon after her engagement to Lord William Vortashpula, he was surprised at how well she looked.
She found Mark Vorkosigan a bit too unsettling to take an interest in him.
